City Wide provides Non-Emergency Medical Transit to the Milwaukee County area. Based in Brown Deer, we have a growing fleet to safely transport clients to their requested locations. Customer Service Representative

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays

Non-Exempt

The Customer Service Representative will work in a high-volume call office to record client requests for non-emergency transportation. We are seeking an individual with strong phone communication skills and computer skills. This position is available for individuals that have a great work ethic, good attitude, and have compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette.
• Answer client questions and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain all calls with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.

Transcribe client requests onto the proper paperwork.
Enter client requests into system database.

• Ensure accuracy of data collected and entered into system databases.
• Ensure accuracy of records and recordkeeping.

Additional duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of office experience, required
• 2 years of experience with high volume customer service, call volume, or relevant experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
• Intermediate geographical knowledge of the city streets and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be responsible, courteous, patient, and professional at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
